Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Drift Academy for your driving experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients while ensuring a smooth and fair process. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Event:

    • If you need to cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations Made Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Event:

    • For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, you will receive a gift card to the same value as your booking. This gift card can be used for future bookings with Drift Academy.
  3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Event:

    • Unfortunately, no refunds or gift cards will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. This policy helps us manage resources and ensure that all participants have the best possible experience.
  4. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not attend the event without prior notice, no refund or gift card will be issued.
  5. Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your booking.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • In cases of severe illness, emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team. We will review your situation and may offer alternative solutions at our discretion.
